Controale ANPC la agenții economici din București

Comisarii Autorității Naționale pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (ANPC) au efectuat luni controale la 60 de agenți economici din București, dintre care 31 au fost verificați în urma unor reclamații. Conform newsbucuresti.ro, au fost aplicate amenzi în total de peste 350.000 de lei și s-a decis suspendarea activității la cinci firme.

Controalele au avut loc în data de 14 aprilie 2025, fiind realizate de echipele ANPC din Sectoarele 1-6 ale Municipiului București. ANPC a menționat că verificările au avut scopul de a răspunde reclamațiilor primite și de a identifica potențiale nereguli.

Dintre agenții sancționați, cinci au fost obligați să își oprească activitatea temporar sau definitiv. Acestora le-au fost suspendate operarea următoarele firme: SC Cristalin Vital SRL (The Harp) din Sector 4, SC Artigiano SRL (Pane&Dolci) din Sector 2, SC Emre Baklava SRL din Sector 6, SC Larispan SRL din Sector 6 și SC Pam-Paf SRL din Sector 5.

ANPC continuă să supravegheze piața pentru a proteja consumatorii și a asigura respectarea normelor legale de către toți operatorii economici.
