Wall Street se pregătește pentru o altă sesiune record, deoarece viitoarele acțiuni americane au indicat o tendință pozitivă duminică, în timp ce piața obligațiunilor a analizat rezultatele alegerilor anticipate din Japonia desfășurate în weekend, potrivit fortune.com.

Viitoarele contracte legate de indicele Dow Jones au crescut cu 100 de puncte, sau 0,20%. Duminică, partidul prim-ministrului japonez Sanae Takaichi a obținut o majoritate superioară de două treimi în camera inferioară a parlamentului, pe măsură ce alegătorii au oferit un sprijin răsunător pentru agenda sa de dreapta, care include stimulente fiscale. Cu toate acestea, așteptările că stimulentele vor agrava deficitul bugetar al Japoniei și datoria masivă au pus presiune ascendentă asupra randamentelor obligațiunilor. Investitorii își îndreaptă atenția și către indicatori economici importanți care urmează în săptămâna următoare. Marți, va fi publicat raportul privind vânzările cu amănuntul pentru decembrie. Miercuri, Departamentul Muncii va emite raportul lunar privind locurile de muncă pentru ianuarie, iar vineri va fi publicat indicele prețurilor de consum pentru ianuarie.
