Uniunea Cluburilor Europene propune un nou sistem financiar pentru cluburile de fotbal

Uniunea Cluburilor Europene (UEC) a cerut, luni, implementarea unui nou sistem financiar care ar permite UEFA să împărtășească 5% din veniturile sale generate de competițiile europene intercluburi. Acești bani ar fi direcționați către cluburi de fotbal de rang inferior, care au ca scop dezvoltarea jucătorilor talentați. Potrivit Reuters, această inițiativă vine în urma anunțului UEFA de anul trecut privind eficiența competițiilor europene precum Liga Campionilor, Europa League și Conference League.

În acest context, UEC subliniază importanța sprijinirii cluburilor mai mici pentru a asigura o dezvoltare sustenabilă a fotbalului european pe termen lung. Câteva cluburi din ligile inferioare au fost afectate de lipsa de resurse financiare, iar această propunere ar putea aduce o schimbare semnificativă.

Conform informațiilor transmise de newsbucuresti.ro, UEC a menționat că o astfel de redistribuție a veniturilor ar putea ajuta la formarea unei baze mai solide pentru fotbalul de elită. Aceasta inițiativă este așteptată să fie discutată mai detaliat în cadrul întâlnirilor viitoare între UEFA și reprezentanții cluburilor.

Astfel, UEC se dovedește a fi un sprijin valoros pentru cluburile mici, oferind o oportunitate de a contribui la creșterea sportului, inclusiv prin identificarea și cultivarea viitorilor jucători de top.
