Perechea româno-rusă Sorana Cirstea/Ana Kalinskaia câștigă titlul la Madrid

Perechea de tenis formată din Sorana Cirstea și Ana Kalinskaia a reușit să câștige titlul în proba de dublu la turneul WTA 1.000 de la Madrid. Competiția a avut premii totale de 7.854.000 de euro, iar finala s-a desfășurat duminica aceasta. Conform newsbucuresti.ro, ele au învins cuplul format din Veronika Kudermetova (Rusia) și Elise Mertens (Belgia) cu scorul de 6-7 (10/12), 6-2, 12-10.

Victoria a venit după un meci palpitant, care a ținut spectatorii cu sufletul la gură. Cirstea și Kalinskaia au demonstrat o mare determinare și talent, reușind să revină după pierderea primului set. Această performanță le propulsează și mai sus în clasamentele internaționale.
