Expozitia 'Bucuresti. O stratigrafie in harti si planuri' la Muzeul National al Hartilor

Miercuri, la ora 18:00, se va deschide expozitia 'Bucuresti. O stratigrafie in harti si planuri' la Muzeul National al Hartilor si Cartii Vechi (MNHCV). Conform newsbucuresti.ro, aceasta expozitie ofera o perspectiva asupra istoriei urbane a Bucurestiului din jumatatea secolului al XIX-lea si pana in zilele noastre.

Expozitia, curatoriată de Mihai Florea de la Muzeul National de Istorie a Romaniei (MNIR), alături de arhitectul Stefan Hutanu si muzeograful Eugen Grama, va include planuri si harti ce ilustreaza evolutia capitalei incepută in anul 1843 si continuata pana dupa Primul Razboi Mondial. Un element central al expozitiei va fi planul Borroczyn, realizat de maiorul prusac Arthur Rudolf von Borroczyn intre 1844 si 1846, ce reprezinta primul plan cadastral al orasului.

Expozitia va oferi, de asemenea, o varietate de documente istorice care reflecta eforturile de cartografiere urbana din prima parte a secolului al XIX-lea. Printre atractiile expozitiei se numara si o macheta 3D, care va ajuta vizitatorii sa inteleaga mai bine schimbarile prin care a trecut Bucurestiul.

Vizitatorii vor putea explora lucrari de grafica ce surprind peisaje ale Bucurestiului din secolul al XIX-lea, inclusiv o panorama rara a orasului vazuta din Turnul Coltei, realizata pe baza fotografiilor lui Carol Popp de Szathmary, un fotograf important al epocii.

Expozitia este deschisa pana pe 7 septembrie, de miercuri pana duminica, intre orele 10:00 - 18:00, oferind o experienta educativa si imersiva tuturor celor interesati de istoria Bucurestiului.
