Modificarea Legii nr. 96/2006 privind Statutul deputaților și al senatorilor, pe ordinea de zi

Comisia de specialitate a fost convocată pentru a discuta modificarea și completarea Legii nr. 96/2006, care reglementează Statutul deputaților și senatorilor. Birourile permanente reunite au stabilit ca termen pentru întocmirea raportului comisiei de specialitate să fie până la ora ședinței comune de plen.

Proiectul a fost inițiat de un grup de parlamentari, respectiv Florian Bodog, Daniel Fenechiu, Alina Gorghiu, Cristian Niculescu-Tagarlas și Gabriel Andronache. Acesta a fost depus marți și include propuneri prin care se urmărește întărirea prevederilor legale referitoare la disciplina în cadrul Legislativului.
