ANAF descoperă prejudiciu de peste 3,6 milioane lei la o companie de transport din București

Agenția Națională de Administrare Fiscală (ANAF) a efectuat un control antifraudă la o societate din București care oferă servicii de transport alternativ prin aplicatii precum Uber și Bolt. Conform newsbucuresti.ro, în urma verificărilor, s-a descoperit un prejudiciu semnificativ de peste 3,6 milioane lei.

În decursul unui an, compania a omis să respecte reglementările legale referitoare la înregistrarea și declararea veniturilor realizate din activitățile sale. Această neconformitate a condus la stabilirea unor obligații fiscale suplimentare, în cuantum de 3.671.286 lei, care trebuie plătite către bugetul de stat.

Acțiunile ANAF subliniază importanța respectării normelor fiscale, mai ales în domeniul serviciilor de transport alternativ. Autoritatea fiscală intenționează să continue verificările pentru a preveni astfel de situații pe viitor.
