Amenzi de 100.000 de lei pentru vânzătorii de flori din Sectorul 5

Comisarii Autorității Naționale pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (ANPC) au desfășurat controale la operatorii economici care vând flori și plante ornamentale în Sectorul 5 al Capitalei. Aceste acțiuni au avut loc joi și au vizat mai mulți comercianți. Conform newsbucuresti.ro, au fost aplicate zece amenzi în total, atingând suma de 100.000 de lei.

Echipele ANPC au acționat în zonele de depozitare, inclusiv la Interbrands-Viilor și Complexul Comatchin, unde au verificat companiile SC Green Flowers Garden SRL, SC Fresco Verde Flowers SRL, SC Elma Blue Flowers SRL și SC Grădina Urbană Concept SRL.

Pe lângă amenzile aplicate, autoritățile au decis și oprirea temporară de la comercializare a 6.455 de produse, având o valoare totală de aproximativ 260.000 de lei. Aceste măsuri au fost luate în cadrul unei acțiuni comune de control pentru a asigura respectarea normelor legale în domeniul protecției consumatorilor.
