Ratele la creditele cu dobândă variabilă scad de la 1 ianuarie 2025

Ratele dobânzilor pentru creditele cu dobândă variabilă, ce depind de indicele IRCC, vor suferi o reducere începând cu 1 ianuarie 2025, datorită scăderii valorii acestui indice pentru creditele contractate după 2019, informează economedia.ro.

În intervalul 1 ianuarie - 31 martie 2025, indicele IRCC va fi stabilit la 5,66%, marcând o scădere de 0,33 puncte procentuale. Această ajustare este bazată pe datele colectate în trimestrul al treilea din 2024.

Conform analizei realizate de comparatorul bancar Finzoom.ro, un credit ipotecar de 250.000 de lei, contractat pe o perioadă de 30 de ani cu o dobândă variabilă (IRCC + 3,50%), va avea, începând din ianuarie 2025, o rată lunară de 2.040 de lei. Aceasta reprezintă o scădere de aproximativ 60 de lei în comparație cu perioada octombrie-decembrie 2024.

Estimările actuale sugerează că, începând cu 1 aprilie 2025, indicele IRCC ar putea ajunge la 5,54%. Totuși, valoarea exactă a IRCC pentru această dată va fi cunoscută abia la sfârșitul trimestrului patru din 2024, când vor fi disponibile toate datele necesare analizei.
