Patricia Tig eliminată de Mariam Bolkvadze la turneul WTA 125 de la Limoges

Jucătoarea de tenis română Patricia Tig a fost învinsă, luni seara, de către georgiana Mariam Bolkvadze, în prima rundă a turneului WTA 125 de la Limoges, Franța. Meciul s-a încheiat cu scorul de 6-4, 6-1 după aproape două ore de joc, respectiv 1 oră și 51 de minute.

Tig, în vârstă de 26 de ani și ocupanta locului 191 WTA, nu a reușit să facă față jocului puternic al adversarei sale. Turneul de la Limoges oferă premii totale în valoare de 100.000 de euro, iar jucătoarele participante se află într-o competiție acerbă pentru a avansa în rundele superioare.

Această înfrângere marchează un moment dificil pentru Tig, care spera să obțină rezultate mai bune în acest turneu.
