Portarul echipei AC Milan și al naționalei Franței, Mike Maignan, a suferit un traumatism cranian în urma unei ciocniri cu un coechipier, vinerea trecută. Conform unui comunicat al clubului italian, nu sunt semnalate complicații în urma incidentului.

Maignan nu a reluat încă antrenamentele, dar starea sa de sănătate este monitorizată cu atenție. "Examenele realizate marți au exclus orice complicații", a precizat AC Milan, citat de AFP.
