Licitație publică pentru închirierea plajelor de către ANAR

Administrația Națională 'Apele Române' (ANAR) a lansat o licitație publică pentru închirierea a 83 de subsectoare de plajă. Acestea sunt situate în stațiunile Navodari, Mamaia, Constanța, Tuzla și Vama Veche. Conform newsbucuresti.ro, aceste suprafețe vor fi disponibile pentru o perioadă de 10 ani.

Suprafețele scoase la închiriere au două tipuri de destinații. Astfel, există plaje dedicate agrementului turistic (recreere) și plaje destinate agrementului cu funcție sportivă, inclusiv activități nautice cu sau fără motor. În total, suprafața totală disponibilă este de 75,71 hectare.

Din această suprafață, 36,6637 hectare sunt rezervate pentru funcția recreativă, iar 39,055 hectare pentru funcția sportivă. Ofertele de închiriere pot fi depuse între 5 martie și 25 martie, iar termenul limită este 25 martie, la ora 16:00.

Deschiderea ofertelor va avea loc în perioada 31 martie - 3 aprilie 2025, începând cu ora 10:00.
