HBO anunță distribuția serialului Harry Potter

HBO a făcut publică distribuția pentru noul serial bazat pe celebra serie de cărți "Harry Potter". Potrivit newsbucuresti.ro, printre actorii care vor interpreta personaje îndrăgite se numără John Lithgow, de șase ori nominalizat la premiile Emmy, care va juca rolul lui Albus Dumbledore.

În rolul Minervei McGonagall o vom vedea pe Janet McTeer, câștigătoare a premiilor Tony și Golden Globe, dar și nominalizată la Oscar. De asemenea, Paapa Essiedu, care a mai fost nominalizat la Emmy și BAFTA, va interpreta rolul lui Severus Snape. Nick Frost, cunoscut pentru nomination-urile sale la BIFA, va fi Rubeus Hagrid, iar Luke Thallon și Paul Whitehouse vor completa distribuția în rolurile lui Quirinus Quirrell și Argus Filch.

Producătorii executivi, Francesca Gardiner și Mark Mylod, au declarat: "Suntem bucuroși să anunțăm distribuția acestor actori extraordinari". Ei au adăugat că abia așteaptă să vadă cum cei aleși vor reînvie personajele cunoscute din serie.

Serialul va fi o adaptare fidelă a universului magicului creat de J.K. Rowling, autoarea cărților, și va explora fiecare aspect al lumii vrăjitorilor, care a captivat fanii timp de peste 25 de ani.
