ANCPI a eliberat peste 2 milioane de documente online în 2024

Agentia Nationala de Cadastru si Publicitate Imobiliara (ANCPI) a anunțat că, în anul 2024, a eliberat prin intermediul platformei online EPAY.ANCPI.RO un număr impresionant de 2.321.648 de documente. Comparativ cu anul anterior, când ANCPI a emis 1.829.507 extrase de carte funciara pentru informare și 222.728 de extrase din planul cadastral, pe ortofotoplan, se observă o creștere semnificativă a solicitărilor online.

În luna precedentă, ANCPI a furnizat 211.121 de extrase de carte funciara pentru informare și 21.592 de extrase din planul cadastral. Documentele obținute online, care nu necesită semnătură olografă, sunt acceptate de autoritățile locale și centrale, bănci, avocați și notari, conform unui comunicat oficial.

În acest an, pe platforma epay.ancpi.ro s-au creat 121.563 de conturi noi, iar numărul total de comenzi online înregistrate a ajuns la 1.707.950. Costul unui extras de carte funciara pentru informare disponibil online este de 20 de lei, în timp ce la ghiseele oficiilor de cadastru, prețul este de 25 de lei. Dacă documentul solicitat este deja în format electronic, acesta poate fi descărcat instantaneu, în câteva minute. În caz contrar, dacă extrașul nu este disponibil în format electronic, procesul durează cel mult două zile lucrătoare.

De asemenea, un extras din planul cadastral pe ortofotoplan, obținut online, costă 15 lei. Platforma EPAY.ANCPI.RO este administrată de ANCPI și este disponibilă atât pentru persoanele fizice, cât și pentru cele juridice. Comenzile sunt efectuate online, iar plata se poate face cu un card bancar.
