Primăria București începe consolidarea a trei pasaje importante

Primăria Municipiului București va începe lucrările de consolidare și reabilitare a trei pasaje esențiale pentru traficul din Capitală. Aceste pasaje sunt: Pasajul Lujerului, Pasajul Bucur Obor și Podul Baneasa. Decizia a fost luată după efectuarea unor expertize tehnice care au arătat degradări semnificative ale structurilor, cum ar fi fisuri în elementele de rezistență, armături corodate și infiltrări de apă. Aceste probleme riscă să afecteze siguranța rutieră și mobilitatea urbană. Potrivit newsbucuresti.ro, Consiliul General al Municipiului București a aprobat bugetele necesare pentru aceste lucrări.

Conform unor raportări oficiale, bugetul alocat pentru fiecare dintre cele trei pasaje este următorul: pentru Pasajul Lujerului, suma estimată este de 392.666.858 lei, pentru Pasajul Bucur Obor se vor aloca 222.334.988 lei, iar pentru Podul Baneasa este prevăzut un buget de 42.541.251 lei.

Reabilitarea acestor pasaje este considerată o prioritate, având în vedere importanța lor în infrastructura rutieră a Bucureștiului. Autoritățile subliniază necesitatea acestor intervenții pentru a asigura o circulație în condiții de siguranță și confort pentru toți cetățenii.
