Guvernul prelungește plafonarea prețurilor RCA până în martie 2025

Guvernul României a decis miercuri să extindă plafonarea prețurilor polițelor de răspundere civilă auto (RCA) până la data de 31 martie 2025. Anunțul a fost făcut de purtătorul de cuvânt al Executivului, Mihai Constantin, care a explicat că această măsură are scopul de a preveni apariția unor dezechilibre pe piață și de a evita creșterea prețurilor pentru aceste asigurări.

„Prețurile polițelor RCA vor rămâne plafonate pentru încă trei luni, până la finalul lunii martie 2025”, a declarat Constantin după ședința de guvern. El a adăugat că, în prezent, există în discuție, în cadrul legislativ, mai multe modificări ale legislației naționale referitoare la asigurările RCA, menite să corecteze dezechilibrele existente.

„Sperăm ca aceste propuneri legislative să fie adoptate de Parlament, astfel încât să nu mai fie necesară această plafonare din partea Executivului”, a mai spus Mihai Constantin.
