FIFA anunță un cadru temporar pentru transferurile jucătorilor

Federatia Internațională de Fotbal (FIFA) a comunicat luni că a adoptat un "cadru temporar" pentru reglementările referitoare la transferurile jucătorilor. Anunțul vine în urma unei decizii recente a Curții de Justiție a Uniunii Europene și cu doar o săptămână înainte de deschiderea perioadei de mercato de iarnă.
