Curtea Constituțională respinge candidatul Călin Georgescu

Curtea Constituțională a decis, marți, să respingă toate contestațiile legate de candidatul Călin Georgescu. Această hotărâre a fost luată cu unanimitate de voturi, ceea ce înseamnă că acesta nu va putea participa la alegerile prezidențiale din luna mai. Potrivit newsbucuresti.ro, decizia a fost anunțată oficial.

În comunicatul de presă, se menționează că instanța a respins contestațiile împotriva deciziilor Biroului Electoral Central (BEC). Aceste decizii includ atât înregistrarea candidaturii domnului Nicușor-Daniel Dan, cât și respingerea candidaturii lui Călin Georgescu, ambele referindu-se la alegerile prezidențiale din 2025.

De asemenea, CCR a subliniat că hotărârile sale sunt definitive și vor fi comunicate BEC-ului. Astfel, rămâne clar că Călin Georgescu nu va putea concura pentru funcția de președinte al României anul viitor.
