CIO reduce costurile pentru candidaturile la Jocurile Olimpice

Comitetul Internațional Olimpic (CIO) a anunțat marți o reducere semnificativă a costurilor pentru candidaturile la organizarea Jocurilor Olimpice. Conform EFE, costul mediu al unei candidaturi pentru o ediție de vară sau de iarnă a fost redus cu 80%.

Această reformă face parte din Agenda Olimpică, pe care CIO o consideră revoluționară în organizarea competiției. Scopul acestor schimbări este de a face Jocurile Olimpice mai sustenabile și mai accesibile.

"Aceste măsuri vor ajuta orașele să își exprime dorința de a organiza Jocurile fără povara financiară excesivă", notează CIO.

Reducerea costurilor este văzută ca o oportunitate pentru orașe de a participa la competiție fără a se teme de investiții imense. Această abordare nouă ar putea atrage mai multe țări să se alăture competiției, șansele de succes crescând semnificativ.

Organizatorii speră ca aceste modificări să ducă la o participare mai largă, promovând astfel spiritul olimpic în întreaga lume.
