Suspendarea liniei 42 și introducerea liniei navetă 642

Linia 42 a transportului public din București va fi suspendată începând de miercuri, pentru a permite efectuarea lucrărilor la calea de rulare. Conform informațiilor oferite de Asociația de Dezvoltare Intercomunitară pentru Transport Public București - Ilfov (TPBI), această măsură vine ca urmare a lucrărilor care vor începe pe bulevardul Expozitiei și pe strada Putul lui Crăciun începând cu 16 aprilie 2025.

Înlocuirea liniei suspendate va fi realizată prin înființarea liniei navetă 642. Aceasta va opera între terminalele 'Piața Presei' și 'Vasile Pârvan', iar traseul său va include punctele: 'Piața Presei', Bdul. Expozitiei, Bdul. Aviator Popisteanu, Bdul. Ion Mihalache, Piața Victoriei, Str. Buzesti, Str. Berzei, Calea Plevnei, 'Vasile Pârvan' și întoarcerea pe Str. Sfântul Constantin, Str. Ionel Perlea, Str. Grigore Cobalcescu, Str. Berzei, Str. Buzesti, Piața Victoriei, Bdul. Ion Mihalache, Bdul. Aviator Popisteanu, revenind la terminalul 'Piața Presei'.

Măsurile sunt parte a unei strategii mai largi de dezvoltare a infrastructurii de transport public din capitală, menționând astfel integrarea mai bună a călătorilor în rețeaua de transport.
