Noua substație electrică din zona Depoului Berceni, operațională de sâmbătă

Societatea de Transport București (STB S.A.) a anunțat că noua substație electrică din zona Depoului Berceni va începe să funcționeze începând de sâmbătă. Această realizare a fost posibilă cu ajutorul Primăriei Municipiului București și al Ministerului Energiei, care au sprijinit repunerea în funcțiune a acestei importante infrastructuri.

Substația va avea rolul de a furniza energie nu doar pentru tramvaie și troleibuze, ci și pentru autobuzele electrice ale STB. În acest sens, pe parcursul anului următor, vor fi instalate 55 de stații de încărcare pentru aceste autobuze, contribuind astfel la îmbunătățirea serviciilor de transport public din capitală și la promovarea unui mediu mai curat.
