Datorii de 3,9 milioane de lei descoperite în urma unui control ANAF

Inspectorii antifraudă au realizat recent un control la o companie din București care oferă servicii de protecție și pază. Conform informațiilor furnizate de ANAF, în urma verificării s-au găsit datorii importante către bugetul de stat, care se ridică la 3,9 milioane de lei.

În perioada aprilie 2023 - noiembrie 2024, societatea a avut aproximativ 200 de angajați cu contract de muncă, însă, deși au reținut impozitele și contribuțiile aferente veniturilor salariale, acestea nu au fost plătite. "Ca urmare a verificărilor efectuate s-a constatat că...," se arată într-un comunicat de presă.

Datoriile acumulate de operatorul economic includ contribuții la asigurările sociale (CAS), asigurările de sănătate (CASS) și impozitul pe veniturile din salarii. Conform informațiilor de la newsbucuresti.ro, acest lucru afectează semnificativ drepturile angajaților, care nu beneficiază de protecția legală prevăzută de legislația muncii. Această situație poate genera riscuri pentru sănătatea și siguranța lucrătorilor implicați.
