ANAF vinde fabrica Hexi Pharma, implicată în scandalul dezinfectanților diluați

ANAF a anunțat scoaterea la vânzare a fabricii Hexi Pharma, companie cunoscută pentru implicarea sa într-un scandal ce făcea referire la dezinfectanți diluați livrați către spitale. Potrivit informațiilor de la Profit.ro, fiscul a decis să vândă un teren și o hală metalică situate în Mogoșoaia, cu un preț de pornire de 8 milioane de lei.

În martie 2023, Curtea de Apel București a evaluat situația legală a persoanelor fizice și a firmei implicated în acest caz. Judecătorii au stabilit prescrierea faptelor, ceea ce a dus la încetarea procesului penal împotriva companiei Hexi Pharma Co SRL. Aceștia au decis că inculpații nu mai pot fi trași la răspundere pentru acuzațiile de înșelăciune, uz de fals în forma continuată și participare improprie la infracțiunea de zădărnicire a combaterii bolilor, conform news.ro.

Astfel, vânzarea fabricii reprezintă un nou capitol pentru Hexi Pharma, care a fost subiectul unor controverse majore în trecut. Această decizie a ANAF vine într-un moment în care interesul pentru terenuri și proprietăți industriale este în creștere.
