Jaqueline Cristian și Angelica Moratelli avansează în sferturile de finală la Transylvania Open

Perechea de dublu româno-italiană formată din Jaqueline Cristian și Angelica Moratelli s-a calificat în sferturile de finală la turneul de tenis Transylvania Open (WTA 250), desfășurat în BTarena din Cluj-Napoca. Aceștia au obținut o victorie marcată de suspans împotriva cuplului româno-american Monica Niculescu și Sabrina Santamaria.

Partida s-a dovedit a fi una intensă, Cristian și Moratelli reușind să încheie confruntarea cu un scor de 4-6, 7-5, 10-3, după aproape două ore de efort comun și strategii bine gândite.
